Marine Product Sales Return Policy

At Marine Product Sales, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

How to Request a Return

You can request an RMA number in either of the following ways:

  • Email: sales@marineproductsales.com

  • Please include your original invoice number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Be complete, in the original packaging

  • Be resalable (no damage, stickers, or missing parts)

Important Exceptions:

  • Non-stock or special order items are non-returnable

  • Opened/unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography products are non-returnable unless they are defective

  • Used or installed items may not be accepted unless covered under warranty

Service & Warranty Items

Products that require repair or servicing—whether under warranty or not—should be returned directly to the manufacturer. This ensures a quicker and more efficient resolution.

Restocking Fees

Some returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This depends on the condition of the returned product and its packaging. For specific questions regarding restocking fees, please contact us before sending the item back.

 

Helpful Tips for a Smooth Return:

  • Always keep your original packaging until you're sure you want to keep the product

  • When shipping returns, use a trackable shipping method and insure your package in case of damage or loss in transit

  • Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed
